Extension of deadline to November 27, 2015

This is to inform the prospective bidders that the High Commission of India (HCI), Abuja has extended the deadline for sale of tender documents set and submission of bids to November 27, 2015, for i) installation of acoustics in the multi-purpose hall of the High Commission in Abuja and procurement of ii) a detachable stage and iii) 200 good quality conference chairs without arms.

The Tender document can be obtained from Attache (Prop & Projs.), High Commission of India, 364, Cadastral Zone, Central Business Area, CBD,Abuja, between2.30 p.m. and5.00 p.m. on all working days w. e. f. November 17, 2015 to November 26, 2015 on payment of Naira 25,000/- in cash or Demand Draft in favour of ‘High Commission of India, Abuja’ per tender document set.

The sealed quotations would be accepted till 1100 hrs. uptoNovember 27, 2015. EMD Pay Order/Demand Draft of Naira 100,000/- (Naira one hundred thousand only) in favour of ‘High Commission of India,Abuja’ should be submitted along with the bid. The quotations should be submitted in sealed envelopes, clearly superscribed as “Tender for procurement and installation of acoustics, 200 chairs and a detatchable stage for IHC complex” at the Reception of the High Commission. The sealed quotations would be opened onNovember 27, 2015at 1500 hrs. in the Conference Room of the High Commission.Intending tenderers or their authorized representatives may attend the opening of tenders.HCI,Abujareserves the right to reject one or all of the bids without assigning any reasons.
